Paleo Mac n Cheese

Mac N' Cheese, another comfort food made good for you by Dr. Brown.
Ingredients
- 1½ Heads Cauliflower
- 8oz. Grated Manchego Cheese
- 2 T Grass-Fed Butter
- ¼ c Water
- ½ t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Salt
- ½ c Coconut Milk
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut Florets of cauliflower off. Wash and cut into small bit size pieces to resemble macaroni noodles.
- Steam for 3-5 minutes, you want them to feel aldente.
- Add to hot skillet with grass-fed butter.
- Mix in grated cheese and coconut milk as well salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cook till cheese is melted and serve.
