Paleo Mac n Cheese

Mac N' Cheese, another comfort food made good for you by Dr. Brown.
Ingredients
  • 1½ Heads Cauliflower
  • 8oz. Grated Manchego Cheese
  • 2 T Grass-Fed Butter
  • ¼ c Water
  • ½ t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • ½ c Coconut Milk
  • Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut Florets of cauliflower off. Wash and cut into small bit size pieces to resemble macaroni noodles.
  2. Steam for 3-5 minutes, you want them to feel aldente.
  3. Add to hot skillet with grass-fed butter.
  4. Mix in grated cheese and coconut milk as well salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cook till cheese is melted and serve.
