  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • Black Pepper
  • Dried bell pepper
  • Dried garlic flakes
  • sea salt
  • paprika
  1. Combine all spices
  2. Coat chicken well with spice mixture
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked
