Philly Steak Lettuce Wrap

This is a great paleo alternative to the traditional Philly Cheese Steak sandwich!
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs shaved cooked roast beef from deli
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cup stone ground mustard
- 6 oz sliced Manchego cheese
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 T pasture butter
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet heat butter.
- Once hot, add pepper and onion and cook on high heat.
- Stir and cook to desired consistency.
- Add chopped, shaved beef and salt and pepper, and stir well.
- Wash lettuce, and remove whole leaves.
- Spread Mustard and lay a slice of cheese. Add Beef mixture and roll.
- Serve with Paleo Mayo or ranch.
