Coconut Honey Butter Chicken

Mildly sweet with just the right amount of crunch ... this chicken is sure to be a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- salt
- shredded coconut
- ¼ cup raw organic honey
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat each side of chicken breasts with coconut.
- Lay chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- While chicken is cooking, melt 1 stick butter.
- Once chicken is done, remove from oven.
- Take butter off burner and whisk in honey.
- Place a chicken breast on each plate. Ladle sauce over chicken and ENJOY!
