Citrus BBQ Beef Ribs

This simple fix-it-and-forget-it recipe creates the tastiest fall-off-the-bones ribs!
  • 3 lbs beef spare rib
  • 1 c Dr. Brown Approved Bar-B-Cue Sauce or Homemade
  • ¼ c citrus juice (orange, pineapple, etc.)
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Place ribs into crock pot.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour BBQ sauce and citrus juice over ribs to coat.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
