Dill Cucumber Salad

- 1 large cucumber diced
- ½ large red onion diced
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- ½ T dried dill
- Mix all above ingredients in bowl and fold to combine. Chill at least 2 hours and serve.
