This is a super easy side dish that will surprise you and delight you. Grilled Romaine... who would have thought?
Ingredients
2 hearts Romaine, halved
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions
In a large dish or zip lock bag roll romain hearts in olive oil. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Place on grill for 1-2 minutes over low heat. Turn once. Cool additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve
Option: cover with favorite dressing.
