This broccoli salad combines broccoli with delicious toppings such as pomegranate seeds, blueberries, and slivered almonds to create a crunchy, tasty, and healthy side dish!
Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets
¼ c pomegranate seeds
¼ c fresh blueberries
¼ c dried cranberries
¼ c slivered almonds
1 T poppy seeds
½ red onion, thin sliced
¾ c paleo mayonnaise (we like the Tessemae's brand)
1 t sea salt
½ lemon, squeezed
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine well.
