Pomegranate Broccoli Salad

This broccoli salad combines broccoli with delicious toppings such as pomegranate seeds, blueberries, and slivered almonds to create a crunchy, tasty, and healthy side dish!
Ingredients
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • ¼ c pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ c fresh blueberries
  • ¼ c dried cranberries
  • ¼ c slivered almonds
  • 1 T poppy seeds
  • ½ red onion, thin sliced
  • ¾ c paleo mayonnaise (we like the Tessemae's brand)
  • 1 t sea salt
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
Instructions
  1. Toss all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine well.
