Featured Recipe: Maple and Nutmeg Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
  • 4 c diced butternut squash
  • ¼ c melted butter
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • ½ t cinnamon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • ½ t sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a small sauce pan heat butter to melt over low heat.
  3. Whisk in cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  4. Pour butter mixture over squash and toss to cover evenly.
  5. Drizzle with syrup and toss again.
  6. Place baking dish in oven and cook for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve.
