Beef and Veggie Foil Bake

Don't let the simplicity of this recipe fool you ... it is packed with both nutrition and flavor! Who knew beef, onion, carrots, celery and Worcestershire could be this delicious!?
Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs ground beef formed into 4 patties
  • ¼ c wheat free Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 c baby carrots
  • ¾ c chopped celery
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large piece of foil place one hamburger patty.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with onions, carrots and celery.
  5. Sprinkle ¼ of the Worcestershire over patty.
  6. Fold foil to seal in heat and steam. Place on baking sheet and repeat process.
  7. Place in oven for 1 hr.
  8. Remove and serve out of foil for easy clean up!
