Mustard Vinaigrette

- 1 T raw, local honey
- ¼ c olive oil
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 2 T red wine vinegar (I use Pinot Reserve)
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake vigurously.
