Jalapeño Mahi

This sweet and spicy Mahi dish is just as tasty as it is beautiful!
Ingredients
  • 4 (6oz) Mahi Mahi fillets
  • ¼ c jarred jalapeño chutney
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime (juice ½)
Instructions
  1. In a sauté pan heat oil on medium
  2. Coat fish in jalapeño chutney and salt and pepper.
  3. Place fish in pan and cook 3 minutes
  4. Flip and cook another 3.
  5. Squeeze juice from half a lime into pan and cover 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve with lime wedge.
