Steak With Butter Sauce

Grass-fed steak with creamy melted butter sauce ... enough said!
Ingredients
  • 4 grass-fed steaks of your choice
  • ½ stick grass fed butter
  • Chopped fresh herbs of your choice (can use dried herb de province)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper, and allow to set.
  2. Take butter at room temp and place on wax or parchment paper.
  3. Mix in herbs and roll into a log formation.
  4. Place butter in freezer while cooking steaks to liking (pan fried, grilled, baked).
  5. Once steak is cooked plate and top each steak with 1 tbsp butter mixture.
  6. Allow to rest 5 minutes.
