Steak With Butter Sauce

- 4 grass-fed steaks of your choice
- ½ stick grass fed butter
- Chopped fresh herbs of your choice (can use dried herb de province)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper, and allow to set.
- Take butter at room temp and place on wax or parchment paper.
- Mix in herbs and roll into a log formation.
- Place butter in freezer while cooking steaks to liking (pan fried, grilled, baked).
- Once steak is cooked plate and top each steak with 1 tbsp butter mixture.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes.
