Grill up or pan-fry your favorite cut of steak and top with this delicious chimichurri sauce. Once you taste it, there will be no wonder why this is a Latin American favorite!
Ingredients
4 (6-8 oz) steaks
½ c flat leaf parsley
¼ c cilantro
1 t red pepper flakes
3 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
1½ t minced garlic
1 t sea salt
1 t crushed black peppercorn
Instructions
Season and cook steak on grill or in pan to liking.
In a food processor blend all remaining ingredients well.
Once steak is cooked, cover in sauce or serve on the side as a dip.
