Chimichurri Steak

Grill up or pan-fry your favorite cut of steak and top with this delicious chimichurri sauce. Once you taste it, there will be no wonder why this is a Latin American favorite!
Ingredients
  • 4 (6-8 oz) steaks
  • ½ c flat leaf parsley
  • ¼ c cilantro
  • 1 t red pepper flakes
  • 3 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1½ t minced garlic
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 1 t crushed black peppercorn
Instructions
  1. Season and cook steak on grill or in pan to liking.
  2. In a food processor blend all remaining ingredients well.
  3. Once steak is cooked, cover in sauce or serve on the side as a dip.
