Paleo Pepperoni Pizza

This paleo version of an American classic is sure to hit the spot when you are craving pepperoni pizza!
Ingredients
  • Paleo Pizza Crust
  • 3 T grated Manchego cheese
  • 3 T Romano cheese
  • ¼ c organic tomato paste or pizza sauce
  • ¼ small red onion, sliced
  • 12 organic turkey pepperonis
Instructions
  1. Prepare crust according to directions except roll out entire ball of dough onto one pizza pan.
  2. Add tomato paste or pizza sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  4. Add red onion slices.
  5. Top with pepperonis.
  6. Bake at 350F for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
