Ingredients
2 lbs chopped asparagus
3 t red pepper flakes
1 T honey
1 T minced garlic
1 T olive oil
2 T water
1 T fish sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat a large skillet to med-high heat.
Add olive oil and chopped asparagus and minced garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and honey, and simmer until almost cooked out.
Add fish sauce and red pepper flakes.
Cook 1 more minute and remove from heat and plate.
