Shallot Green Beans

This is a delicious recipe where green beans are seasoned with shallots and white wine.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
  • 1 T Pasture Butter
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Shallot Chopped (1/2 CUP)
  • Sea salt and Pepper to Taste
  • ¼ c White Wine
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add shallot, sea salt, pepper, and green beans.
  3. Allow to cook and brown slightly.
  4. Add wine and cook until wine is reduced and beans are al dente.
