Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Salmon with Green Beans

- 1.5 lb Salmon
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 T Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 1 T Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 lb. Whole Fresh Green Beans
- Pre-heat oven to 425F
- Place salmon in the middle of baking dish
- Rub both sides with olive oil and garlic
- Dust the top with rosemary, salt and pepper
- Place washed/steamed green beans around the outside of the salmon
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Cook at 425F for 10-15 minutes until salmon is flaky
