Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Salmon with Green Beans

Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb Salmon
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 T Fresh Chopped Rosemary
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. Whole Fresh Green Beans
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425F
  2. Place salmon in the middle of baking dish
  3. Rub both sides with olive oil and garlic
  4. Dust the top with rosemary, salt and pepper
  5. Place washed/steamed green beans around the outside of the salmon
  6. Sprinkle with salt.
  7. Cook at 425F for 10-15 minutes until salmon is flaky
