Italian Cheese Crackers

A perfect substitute for any cracker to use in your favorite soup or dolloped with your favorite dip or sauce.
Ingredients
  • 8 oz Thinly sliced Romano cheese
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp Oregano
Instructions
  1. Lay cheese on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Sprinkle with mixture of parsley, Italian seasoning and oregano.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes. They will be slightly brown. Remove and serve in French onion soup or with your favorite dip.
