- 1½ cups lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- ½ c extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ c fresh, finely grated Romano or Lamb chopper Sheep cheese
- 3 T. red wine vinegar
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 t finely chopped garlic
- ¾ t sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Place all above ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
