This grain-free "cornbread" is an excellent substitute for traditional cornbread. For a delicious breakfast, warm and drizzle with honey. For a more savory side dish with a little spice, try adding pepper and jalepeno.
Ingredients
1 c almond flour
½ c coconut flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
6 eggs
8 T pasture butter, melted
3 T raw honey
1 c coconut milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients to bowl, and whisk together.
Line a 9 in x 9 in glass dish with parchment paper, and fill with batter.
Bake for 30-35 min until top is lightly browned, and toothpick comes out clean.
