These buffalo hot wings make for an easy and delicious meal!
Ingredients
24 wings
1 t olive oil
½ t salt
⅛ t pepper
2 T butter
¼ c bottled red hot sauce
½ t white vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Grease a baking pan with olive oil. a
Arrange wings in the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add hot sauce and vinegar.
Once wings are done cooking, arrange them on a serving platter and spread sauce over fully cooked wings.
Notes
This dish can be cooked in a crockpot for easy prep and extremely tender wings. To prepare, double the sauce ingredients and add all ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
