Buffalo Hot Wings

These buffalo hot wings make for an easy and delicious meal!
Ingredients
  • 24 wings
  • 1 t olive oil
  • ½ t salt
  • ⅛ t pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • ¼ c bottled red hot sauce
  • ½ t white vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Grease a baking pan with olive oil. a
  3. Arrange wings in the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  6. Add hot sauce and vinegar.
  7. Once wings are done cooking, arrange them on a serving platter and spread sauce over fully cooked wings.
Notes
This dish can be cooked in a crockpot for easy prep and extremely tender wings. To prepare, double the sauce ingredients and add all ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
