Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • ½ bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ c pine nuts
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t sea salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 1 c ketchup, Dr. Brown approved store bought version or homemade
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine ground beef, pine nuts, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Once thoroughly mixed, place in a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the meatloaf with spices and cover the top with ketchup.
  5. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour.
