Chili and Lime Mahi

A dish with a touch of spice and a twist of zest.
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds mahi mahi fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon chile powder
  • 1½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
Instructions
  1. Drizzle lime juice over fish.
  2. Combine seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of fish.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet; add fish and cook, turning once, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve.
