A chicken dish with a delicious natural flavor.
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • ½ tsp dried sage
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, oregano, rosemary, sage, sea salt and pepper.
  3. Place breasts in a glass baking dish. Brush evenly with all of herb mixture. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
