Buttery Squash

You'd never think squash could taste this good! Of course, what doesn't taste good sautéed in creamy pasture butter?!
  • 2 small-medium yellow squash
  • ¼ cup of pasture butter
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  1. Wash and slice squash.
  2. In a large heavy skillet or wok, melt butter, add onion and squash, and cook on medium to medium-high heat until water is gone and veggies starts to brown.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste.
  4. Cook a few minutes longer.
