This healthy and tasty cabbage recipe makes for a great summer side dish when grilling out!
Ingredients
  • ½ head of cabbage (color of your choice), chopped
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 4-6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1-2 lemons, juiced
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Drizzle oil on cabbage and scrunch.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss.
  4. Chill 2 hours
