- ½ head of cabbage (color of your choice), chopped
- ¼ c olive oil
- 4-6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1-2 lemons, juiced
- sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Drizzle oil on cabbage and scrunch.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Toss.
- Chill 2 hours
