Italian Chicken Savoy

- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ¼ c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ⅔ c Water
- 1 T Sea Salt
- 2 or 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- ½ t Oregano
- ½ t Basil
- ¼ t Parsley
- ⅓ c Grated goat cheddar or manchego sheep cheese
- Preheat the oven to 450ยบ.
- Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13" or other shallow baking dish.
- Mix the water, olive oil and 1 tablespoon of sea salt, and poor mixture over the chicken.
- Spread the minced garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper to taste evenly over the chicken. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Add cheese and place chicken back in oven for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
- Remove the dish and drain off excess fluid, leaving the chicken in the baking dish.
- Let cool for a minute or two and serve.
