Mashed NoTatoes are a delicious cauliflower side dish to satisfy the palette for the taste and feel of a mashed potatoes without all the starch and empty calories!
Ingredients
1 Head Cauliflower or 1 package of frozen cauliflower florets
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons Organic Butter
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
Instructions
Steam cauliflower until very soft.
Chop up cauliflower and put in a food processor or blender with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Blend to desired consistency.
